Menopause relief 6 session course
With each of these six sessions you will learn more about the hormones (or reduction of such) causing your symptoms. You will practice techniques proven to relieve various symptoms and learn what triggers certain hormonal responses such as hot flushes, irritability and more.
Cancellation policy
Please note: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your session with full refund given. If a cancellation is made less that 48 hours notice, you will receive 50% refund. Less than 24 hours notice no refund given as I cannot reasonably fill that appointment time.
