Join us at  Swaffham community centre for a therapeutic art session, we run a set of 4 sessions using a number of creative mediums from clay work, sensory exploration and fabric dyeing to pencil drawings. We also include a number of therapy techniques to encompass learning and enable you to process anything that arises from your exploration work.
