I have never really listed the possibilities of Hypnotherapy before, and last night I realised clients and even more so potential clients might need to know what Hypnosis can achieve!
Recently I have enabled a client to meet their 'creative and spiritual parts', a session that allowed their powerful subconscious to show them inspiration for future projects and build up their spirituality.
Another session saw a different client being guided to a peaceful place where they could utilise coping techniques given by their Psychologist. As sometimes being told how to do something isn't quite enough, a guided relaxation allows the subconscious to safely take over looking out for the person while they practice these life changing techniques. And the best part is, when they master them just a sound associated with the recording can take them to a peaceful place in their mind while safely carrying on their day.

Saying goodbye to a loved one.
One of the most difficult things to cope with is the sudden loss of a loved one. Human or otherwise. In this session I guide you to a relaxed state where I ask you to take me to a warm or happy memory of the lost loved one.
During that time I ask you to spend time with that person/pet and remember them as they were. Then just before that memory comes to an end I ask you to say what you'd like to say to the person/pet and say goodbye.
Its an incredibly powerful session and is absolutely needed in some cases for closure.
This session is a set price of £50 and will never increase.
Door closing.
This session involves enabling a conversation between you and a person you may not be able to have a calm conversation with in real life, or someone you no longer have contact with. The conversation allows you to say everything you want to say to the person (all inside your mind- no need to talk out loud) You can then ask for an apology if you would like one. eventually you can leave the room where the door is closed on the person removing any negative emotions associated with them. Like the session above, sometimes this is a necessary step to recovery.

Stop cravings/preparation for weight control.
In this session I help you to curb cravings with a tried and trusted aversion technique. Relatively quick in that this doesn't need to be done in full hypnosis. I have successfully treated some clients with this technique in a waking state.
This session is a set price of £50 and is usually permanent.
Pain Management.
DIAGNOSED PAIN!
Have you been diagnosed with a chronic pain condition? or have pain associated with an ongoing issue which doctors have checked? Then I can help. In this session I teach you a technique you can use any time for the specific pain presented at the time of the session. Please note, any new pain will felt at the correct intensity relative to the new issue.
This session is a set price of £120.
Meet positive "parts" of your ego.
This session allows your powerful subconscious mind to show you "parts" of yourself, such as the happy part or creative part. The session is designed to allow you to be inspired by calling on all the positive parts of you that make you special. Ego strengthening helps you to become more resilient, builds confidence and self esteem. It can also encourage you to be kinder to yourself.

Boost Self esteem and confidence.
Having discussed your specific requirements beforehand I will then write a tailored script for you, to overcome any difficulties you may be facing. This session can also have an EMDR session added at a reduced rate to really get you to a better place quicker.
This session costs £90. If you'd like EMDR added get it for just £40 extra costing just £130.
